‘The Hive’ is a beautiful arts space located in the lovely town of Alyth in Perthshire. We host arts workshops and creative events.

The space is light and airy with seating for a maximum of 15. There is a toilet on site and facilities for refreshments.

Hi to all the Hive followers! Some fabulous news - we now have a core group of three artists who have established a collective to manage and support Alyth’s the Hive.

The collective consists, Jilly Henderson Artist, Dorota Kiedrowska Natureminds and Calum Strathie, renowned Scottish ceramicist.

Plans are afoot to have new pottery workshops for beginners and beyond with Calum, Dorota will be continuing with her popular nature project workshops, Jilly has plans for a collective themed exhibition later in the year. Our current Japanese tea workshops with Anni Whitehead and Dave Liddell’s drawing and painting class are available right now to sign up for!

The Hive also plans two drop in afternoons for those among us who enjoy being creative and meeting new people plus spoken word and poetry writing events!
