Just brought a lovely American couple down to Dorset from the Riverside Plaza Hotel in Canary Wharf. They have the most incredible concierge there , so helpful with the 18 suitcases the couple had……it’s amazing what you can fit in the E class!

On a serious note, concierge’s are such an important part of any hotel, they are the first person you see when arriving and the last when you leave. This one set the bar extremely high

Well that’s it for 2022, time to hang the limo keys up and get relaxed. What an incredibly busy month December has been, with 31 lovely clients safely transferred across various locations, London airports, St Pancras station, Park Lane Hotels and of course the Bournemouth Hotels

Highlights, well, the joy of delivering clients on time in a stress free luxurious car, the relief on clients faces as they come through the arduous arrivals process to be met by a smiling attentive driver and of course the tips!

Low points, bad weather, horrible traffic in London , and witnessing appalling driving on the motorways. I really think that we got things wrong during covid by having virtual driving tests over zoom, I think that this has contributed to the drop in driving standards!

Well that was a stroke of luck or planning

Just dropped a VIP client at St Pancreas international station for onward travel to his Bavarian castle and managed to bag a return trip to Dorset with 2 lovely ladies who had been enjoying the champagne bar above the station concourse

I think I had to pour them into the limo though…..

Just on my way to pick up a SVIP for a transfer to Heathrow and sat here checking the route

Am so impressed with the new E class dashboard. The 360 surround cameras really do help you and as for the media package, well it’s just wow!

So checking the route here, oh, I see that the M3 is at a standstill again. Not great but at least I will be sat in comfort!
