Packed lunches went out for a coach trip on Saturday then a fantastic day catering for the poole canine club at there dog show sunday! Weather was perfect!

Its a quiche kinda day!

This just out the oven, organic mature cheddar, lilys sweet red peppers and basil....

feta, mint and pea just gone in and a traditional quiche lorraine to follow.
