CHRISTMAS EVE IS STRICTLY DOOR STEP ONLY DUE TO THE VOLUME OF CHILDREN WE HAVE TO SEE , (UNLESS CHILD IS DISABLED ETC & CANT ACCESS TO GET OUT DUE TO WHERLCHAIR ETC WHICH WE HAVE ALREADY SPOKEN ABOUT XX )

Buddy the Elf is extremely busy between now and Christmas Day.

We have sent payment reminders to people who have not paid. We will not have the time to chase payments so if you have ignored our reminders we will have no choice but to cancel your appointment.

We don’t have the time to send more reminders due to also both having full time jobs and children of our own.

If you are yet to pay this is now your last chance unfortunately …

MESSAGE FOR ALL PARENTS WHO HAVE BOOKED BUDDY THE ELF -

⭐️ We will message every booking with a time slot prior to the day.
⭐️ If you won’t be home or have made alternative plans please let us know in advance and we may be able to swap you, please note we can’t swap anyone on Christmas Eve it’s the busiest day and we need to plan this and run on time as we have our own children too ❤️
⭐️ Photographs and videos are absolutely fine, we welcome this with your children.
⭐️ Buddy the elf is DBS checked
⭐️ A percentage of profit will go to the food bank, if you have anything you would like to donate to families that will go without this Christmas (food items only that will not perish, we can take these for the food bank)

IMPORTANT ONE -
💎 Please wait until Buddy the Elf knocks on your door before you bring your children to see him. Please don’t bring them to the window or whilst we are getting ready / getting Christmas Eve boxes out of the car (buddy’s costume is really big and takes him to over 7 ft and he cant travel with his head on 🤣) we will park a little further up from each property but we ask parents to leave it as a surprise and wait for us to knock please.

Buddy is also available for visits at Christmas parties if anyone would like a visit for £35 unlimited children (boxes available at a surcharge)
