The surprise went to plan!
Reflecting on a busy week
This week has been a busy one where I’ve worked with some amazing local families supporting them through the planning and delivery of their loved ones Funeral service. I’ve worked with the teams at Bierton, Aylesbury vale, crownhill and Bedford and, as usual, I’ve also worked with my regular local funeral directors and had the opportunity of working with one new funeral director. One lady came up to me this afternoon and said “if it’s possible to have a good funeral, that was one of the best”. My reply was, “all funerals should be “good” and I strive to make them all the best they can possibly be!”
It’s Friday - final service of the week and the sun is still shining
Counting down to how long it takes for the gorgeous Car Ly to realise where I am ☺️ happy Thursday! Today is fuelled by caffeine and sunshine ☀️
It’s late… but I’d like to share 🥰
A beautiful farewell for a gentleman who was incredibly proud of his Scottish and Irish roots
For someone who finds the sound of bagpipes (played well 😉) very moving, todays service for E was a very special one! Highland cathedral to go in, Flowers of the Forest to exit, a sing a long to old langs syne to close and shots of whiskey during a reading of the parting glass! #bagpipes #slangevar #slainthe #farewell #funeralcelebrant #whiskey

Who’s going to the NFE 2024??
I’d love to hear from anyone going to the NFE next week at stoneleigh park #nfe2024 #celebrant #funerals
I’ve not met her but I’m already in love with Lola the funeral therapy dog ❤️❤️❤️ what a gorgeous idea - now perhaps Bedfordshire needs one 🤔❤️
