We are finally putting our faces behind the brand!

Hi! 👋 we’re Charlotte and Phoebe, the event planners behind AutumnOak Events.

Between us, we have over 10 years experience in the events planning industry and we are passionate about delivering high quality, stress-free and sustainable events for our customers.

Some things you should know about Charlotte…

- I’m a Virgo through and through, meaning perfectionism runs in everything I do. ♍️
- I live with my partner, and we have an allotment, so if you can’t find me at the computer or running round at an event, you’ll probably find me there. 🌷
- I love a spreadsheet and a bit of maths. 📒

Some things you should know about Phoebe…

- Being creative is a big part of my day to day life, I’m always drawing, painting or redecorating my home in my spare time (as much to my partners dismay) 🎨
- I love all things planning and organising, even the boring admin tasks I find fun. 👩‍💻
- I am such a family oriented person, I’m obsessed with my sisters - they’re fab. 👯‍♀️

We are super excited to be working with the amazing Hallington Mill from 2024 onwards, as one of their recommended suppliers…

With a brand-new venue space and state of the art facilities, this venue is true treasure in Northumberland.

On site accommodation is also available, and you can choose your own catering for the day! No need to stick to set menus and you can enjoy a full weekend of exclusivity with your guests ❤

But not only that... the owners and the local community have been planting trees onsite and have exceeded 8,500! Why not ask to plant one on your special day and go back year after year to see the wildlife transformed? It’s a great way to keep your wedding memories fresh for years to come 😊

Local florists are always a great option to reduce carbon emissions and help support local businesses.

Seasonal and dried flowers are the best option when it comes to bouquets and flower arrangements as they are not only stunning, but really help to keep your carbon footprint down by not shipping out-of-season flowers to you.
