Here are just a few things to remember when ordering balloons with us

Working from home in Roche

Please check you are giving me the correct date and name

Collection only

A 50% deposit is required for all orders

If you order with 2 week or less notice, full payment must be made on booking

If you require a delivery the remaining balance will need to be cleared the day before delivery

All our balloons are made in advance of you collecting which allows time for us to see if there are any faults with the balloons. Once the balloons leave us we are no longer responsible for balloons popping, deflating etc.

We will give you advice on the best place to keep your balloons if being stored overnight.

Please remember to collect your balloons at the time stated. If you are running late, please let me know.
