Make your confetti moment one to remember! Here are a few tips to get the perfect shot: ⁠

1. Walk slowly – Give your photographer time to capture every joyful moment. ⁠
⁠
2. Look up and smile – Let those colourful pieces rain down, and show off those genuine smiles or a romantic kiss. ⁠
⁠
3. Involve your guests – Ask them to throw the confetti high and not at you for that full, magical effect. ⁠
⁠
4. Timing is key – Coordinate with your photographer so they’re ready for the perfect capture.⁠
⁠
5. Choose the right confetti - Opt for natural petals or large, biodegradable, water soluble confetti pieces in bright colours. Bigger pieces float longer, giving photographers more time to capture the moment.⁠

6. Aisle or staged confetti shot? The advantage of a staged confetti moment after your ceremony is that it allows your photographer time to position guests and give clear instructions for the perfect shot. Be sure to chat with your photographer about the best options for your day!⁠

"We loved Camel Studio as the scenery around the area is stunning. Both of us are quite minimal, and wanted something natural; I was super impressed. It was stunning, even more beautiful than we had imagined. Camel Studio was just what we wanted. Helen made the experience really easy, especially when planning a wedding without living in the area. "Just wow! Where do we even start with explaining how amazing this venue is. From the moment we first arrived we knew this was the place for us. Helen and Dave were the most incredible hosts we could have ever wished for. With us not being local, Helen knew it would have been slightly difficult for us to find/contact/organise local suppliers, so she was on hand every single step of the way. She sent a recommended list of suppliers (who were all incredible!) and made sure everything ran smoothly on the day. It felt like we had our very own personal wedding planner on hand from the very start. ⁠

Apart from the beautiful venue, it was the wedding packages that Helen and Dave offered which attracted us to have our wedding here. There aren’t many places who give you (amongst many other things) a wedding coordinator, a delicious meal with your family before the big day, and a beautiful home to stay in all included in the price. The beautiful bridal cabin was also the perfect end to the day, with bubbles and chocolates waiting for us after partying all night long. The only other thing I can say is if you’re thinking of booking Camel Studio for your wedding, just do it! You will have the most amazing memories that will last the rest of your life. Xx"⁠

At Camel Studio, we host only up to 12 weddings a year, allowing us to truly get to know our couples and become deeply invested in their special day. One of the loveliest aspects of our work is when couples return to visit us. Earlier this week, we had the pleasure of welcoming Sophie and Omid back to Camel Studio to celebrate their second anniversary. It was incredibly special to catch up with them, see Thor – their gorgeous dachshund – again, and meet their newest furry family member, Magni. A belated happy anniversary to this gorgeous couple ✨!⁠

"We had the most amazing wedding weekend at Camel Studio. The venue itself is so beautiful; stylish but not too 'done' that you can't make it your own and intimate whilst having everything you need for a small wedding or elopement. ⁠
We particularly liked that everything was on site including the cottage which we used for our bridal party as well as the bridal suite. We also loved the large, outdoor space with wonderful views. ⁠
Helen and David were the loveliest; really down to earth, accommodating and supportive of our ideas. When we first met Helen we didn't feel like we were being sold to which makes a change when you are organising a wedding! Also we have to give Dave's pizzas a mention - our guests are still talking about how good they were! We would not hesitate to recommend Camel Studio!!!"⁠

The second we arrived on Friday it almost felt like coming home for the weekend, it was so welcoming and easy to fall into all of the decorating we had ahead of us. Helen especially went above and beyond to get us the extra stakes for the arch which I'm so grateful for. And Dave's food was amazing! To quote Eleanor (one of my bridesmaids) 'The best bangers and mash I've ever had!'.⁠

Jess was so lovely and even though I felt very tearful on the morning she has a really calming and smiley presence which helped to keep the nerves away.⁠
