"Just wow! Where do we even start with explaining how amazing this venue is. From the moment we first arrived we knew this was the place for us. Helen and Dave were the most incredible hosts we could have ever wished for. With us not being local, Helen knew it would have been slightly difficult for us to find/contact/organise local suppliers, so she was on hand every single step of the way. She sent a recommended list of suppliers (who were all incredible!) and made sure everything ran smoothly on the day. It felt like we had our very own personal wedding planner on hand from the very start.
Apart from the beautiful venue, it was the wedding packages that Helen and Dave offered which attracted us to have our wedding here. There aren’t many places who give you (amongst many other things) a wedding coordinator, a delicious meal with your family before the big day, and a beautiful home to stay in all included in the price. The beautiful bridal cabin was also the perfect end to the day, with bubbles and chocolates waiting for us after partying all night long. The only other thing I can say is if you’re thinking of booking Camel Studio for your wedding, just do it! You will have the most amazing memories that will last the rest of your life. Xx"

At Camel Studio, we host only up to 12 weddings a year, allowing us to truly get to know our couples and become deeply invested in their special day. One of the loveliest aspects of our work is when couples return to visit us. Earlier this week, we had the pleasure of welcoming Sophie and Omid back to Camel Studio to celebrate their second anniversary. It was incredibly special to catch up with them, see Thor – their gorgeous dachshund – again, and meet their newest furry family member, Magni. A belated happy anniversary to this gorgeous couple ✨!

"We had the most amazing wedding weekend at Camel Studio. The venue itself is so beautiful; stylish but not too 'done' that you can't make it your own and intimate whilst having everything you need for a small wedding or elopement.
We particularly liked that everything was on site including the cottage which we used for our bridal party as well as the bridal suite. We also loved the large, outdoor space with wonderful views.
Helen and David were the loveliest; really down to earth, accommodating and supportive of our ideas. When we first met Helen we didn't feel like we were being sold to which makes a change when you are organising a wedding! Also we have to give Dave's pizzas a mention - our guests are still talking about how good they were! We would not hesitate to recommend Camel Studio!!!"

"'I'm not sure where to begin with all of the thank you's as every single person at camel Studio put in 110% to make our day better than we could have ever hoped for.
The second we arrived on Friday it almost felt like coming home for the weekend, it was so welcoming and easy to fall into all of the decorating we had ahead of us. Helen especially went above and beyond to get us the extra stakes for the arch which I'm so grateful for. And Dave's food was amazing! To quote Eleanor (one of my bridesmaids) 'The best bangers and mash I've ever had!'.
Jess was so lovely and even though I felt very tearful on the morning she has a really calming and smiley presence which helped to keep the nerves away.
The Bar staff were great, especially when having to serve lots of very chatty people!
The whole day ran so smoothly thanks to Helen, Jess and every one of the Camel Studio team who worked tirelessly behind the scenes.

"Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful!! We had our wedding at Camel Studio in September 2023 and it was everything we were dreaming of and more.
We wanted a small, intimate wedding venue but to still have the ‘wedding feel’ about it. Camel Studio was the first venue we enquired with and after a virtual tour, we knew we needn’t look anywhere else.
After the long journey down from Essex for our first visit in person, we stepped into the most peaceful setting and knew we’d made the right choice.
The venue is breathtaking, the view is outstanding and the sense of calm is exactly what you need for your special day!
Helen is there every step of the way, ensuring you’re supported with anything you might need and this was something we found very beneficial with living so far away.
The welcome feast was the perfect way to start the festivities and help relax any pre-wedding nerves we had. The house, the bridal cabin and everything about this venue is truly stunning - I just wish we could do it all again!!"
Our favourite part of your wedding is getting to know you and your style so we can help plan your special day. We adored celebrating A&L's wedding last year. They planned a magical day starting with a 'first look' on Rock Beach, followed by a stunning outdoor ceremony. Music was integral to their wedding with their friends and acoustic musician, Tom Baker playing throughout the day. It's important to decide on your 'must haves' at your wedding, and music was certainly top of the list for A&L.

"From the moment we began speaking to Helen we knew that this was the lady who we wanted to help us with our day. You know when you get a feeling. I had that feeling with Helen. She made us feel at complete ease.
We went down to Cornwall to meet Helen and her Husband, Dave, to see the venue for ourselves, and WOW. I wasn't expecting it, but I had a few tears roll down my cheeks! It was overwhelming. More beautiful than I could've ever imagined. Those views over the Camel Valley, out of those big studio barn doors, were breathtaking.
They only host a handful of weddings each year but honestly, they made us feel like it was only our wedding that was happening. The attention to detail, the support, the love & care that went into every part of the process was second-to-none. Nothing we suggested was too much bother and, in some cases, Helen even gave us ideas or suggested suppliers. For example, we thought we wanted a candy floss stand for the kids' dessert, someone serving up fresh floss, something a bit fun. Then Helen suggested a vintage ice cream tricycle, where you hand-pick personalized flavors. This way everyone, including the adults, could benefit from a dessert with a twist. We went with the tricycle, and it seriously went down a treat! Everyone was out in the sun, on the terrace, enjoying their chosen ice creams and all the toppings. Our friends & family still talk about it now. It's reasons such as this, why we enjoyed working with Helen and Dave so much.
The house onsite the night before was such a lovely touch. We were greeted with a beautiful hamper full of goodies. Staying on site meant that we didn’t have to arrange transport from the house to the venue, which gave us both more time to relax, get ready, and soak it all up." Gemma and Dan had a stunning outdoor ceremony in mid June in front of 35 of their closest friends and family. For a relaxing stay for 10, we have a wonderful farmhouse and separate bridal cabin located on-site - the perfect retreat for your nearest family and friend s.
Our charming countryside farm house accommodates up to eight guests with four lovely bedrooms, an large and airy lounge, sunlit kitchen, three bathrooms, and a dedicated area for wedding day preparations. Alongside the main house we have the secluded bridal cabin - nestled in a hidden corner of our garden, it serves as a lovely retreat after celebrating your wedding day. Inside, you will discover the coziest bed, a luxurious roll-top bath, and champagne on ice waiting for you. When morning comes, simply draw back the curtains to enjoy the breathtaking views of the valley.
