I love this dinner! So easy to cook, looks impressive, makes me seem like a good mum as there’s lots of veg, and I get to eat grilled halloumi and french bread! Winner all around❤️

A snap shot of the last two weeks, as I’m terrible at remembering to take/ post pictures of my work!🤦🏼‍♀️
Soooo much food gone out, for a range of different, special occasions.
I’ve had the privilege to cater for a 40th Birthday, a Retirement party, a special Wake, lots of corporate lunches, and the Mayor’s Sunday event in Arundel.
It’s been quite a juggle, especially as I’ve now got a ‘proper’ job as well, but I’m loving every minute ❤️

Quick and easy lunch for visiting family today❤️
Beautiful day so pretended it was still summer and went Mediterranean ☀️

* Roasted vegetables, baked with feta, honey and thyme- just add fresh bread to scoop and enjoy!

* Fresh Figs stuffed with Cambazola and wrapped in Parma ham, drizzled with balsamic glaze

* Vine tomato Bruschetta

I can’t say how furious I am about this! We’re all just doing our best to make a living, I’m so angry that anyone felt the need to do this, especially to a local business.
Fabulous Pub around the corner from me. The owner, his family, and wonderful bar staff I count as friends. What the hell is wrong with people!!😡😡😡
