Good Afternoon,
It is with great sadness we’re are having to inform you that with immediate effect, we are having to shut the Kids on Quadz Bognor Regis site down and cancel any bookings already made.
Over the last 4 weeks much like the rest of Bognor Regis we have been battling the flooding that is going on in the area.
Despite working closely with the land owner at the farm, who has been amazing in digging trenches and channels for water to run into, despite spending significant amounts of money on multiple heavy duty water pumps and despite significant man hours, the track and land we’re on continues to flood much faster than we can disperse it.
Over the last 3 weeks we have postponed parties and sessions whilst we tried to address the problem however we’re in a loosing battle and there is little more we can do, the flooding problem in Bognor Regis is just too great.
We hate having to cancel or postpone parties for any reason, not because of the business that is potentially lost but because we understand the effort this causes for parents to re-arrange multiple children and of course, the disappointment of the Birthday Boy/Girl.
The reality is this, that whilst the flooding situation is what it is in Bognor Regis, we cannot honestly say with 100% certainty that when a party is booked, that we will be able to fulfil our obligation to you as the customer and that is not how we run this business.
It’s not fair or right on you as the customer or the children.
It is for this reason we are closing down the Bognor Regis site.
Whilst it doesn’t help many of you that are looking to book or have booked over the coming months, the summer time was great.
So we will be potentially exploring the idea of making Bognor Regis a seasonal site however right now we are focused on those customers who will be let down by this news.
Any bookings already made (including those previously postponed) will be automatically refunded and receive an email in the next 24 hours.
Thank you for having us this far Bognor Regis, we have genuinely loved every second of working in the region, right up until the rains came.
