And last but certainly not least, following The XLNT’s second appearance on the Sunday to close the show we have the amazing Road To Roma who are going to bring their own take on 80’s, classic prog rock and maybe a few surprises to our stage. They return to us after gracing our stage at Mayflower Fest last year and are an amazing and well loved local band.

3rd up on Saturday and The Wildcat Wailers bringing you the best Rock n Roll on the south coast. Although the band itself are new to us, the singers Corina and Natasha are old friends having appeared are several of our events including Stay Wild Festival and Mayflower fest and we are thrilled to have them back with us.

2nd on Saturday we have our good friends The Daytonas. A 4 piece Rock band who sing mainly original songs with the odd cover. Last year they graced the stage at our own Stay Wild Festival as well as opening Apulstock and a major appearance at The Southdown Music Festival, if you have never seen a live guitar solo using teeth or behind the head you will with these guys and we are delighted to have them at one of our events once again.

Saturday is the big day and kicking it all off are Imposter Syndrome, a well known and loved local covers band who regularly appear along the south coast and even Butlins 80’s weekender!. This amazingly talented band hit the stage at 12 and set the vibe for the rest of the day with hits from the likes of Queen, GnR, Billy idol and many more.

First up we have The XLNT’s, starting the Friday and Sunday they will be bringing a high energy SKA vibe to the festival. We had the pleasure of running the PA for one of their first gigs last year and were immediately struck by their commitment and talent. These lads are very quickly gaining momentum and it won’t be long before we will struggle to book them, they are already supporting well known bands on the circuit and are extremely popular, you will love them.

We are both shocked and saddened to hear of the sudden passing of one of our former employees Alfie. He worked for us in the kitchen when we first opened the Restaurant and was a solid and well loved member of the team, he only left because we couldn’t afford to keep him due to the second of the lockdowns and the lack of financial assistance that we suffered from the government, had things been different we have no doubt that he would still be with us. We extend our sincere condolences to Alfie’s family and we cannot begin to imagine how they are feeling right now. Alfie will always be a part of the Hey Amigo family and will always be remembered for the funny and charismatic young man that he was, when times were tough he always managed to lift the mood with his jokes and outlook. Sleep well Amigo, you will be missed by so many x
