Love good food and keen to learn creative de-stressing skills to last a lifetime? Want to discover wild edibles, learn about their herbal powers, seasonal food and how to cook over fire while in a magical woodland setting?
Join chef and forager Jacqueline Wise of Positively Delicious, a Nomadic Cookery School, and discover her mindful ‘Connection through Cookery’ concept. Find joy in the simple pleasures of nourishing foods, and enjoy big dose of foodie wellbeing inspiration. Age 12 plus.

-Cleansing smoke sticks/wild herb foot bath to finish

Fire-cooked sorrel & homegrown chilli flatbreads
Tenderized & marinated Pasture-fed steak with wild garlic mayonnaise
Slow-roasted pork shoulder in local cider & wild fennel
Wild greens pesto orzo pasta with crispy High Weald Dairy halloumi & chilli oil
Fire roasted red onion, potato & cauliflower, peanut satay sauce & sticky-weed (Vegan, GF)
Red cabbage, apple & onion ‘slaw with lemon juice & yoghurt (V, GF)
Heritage tomato & ground ivy salad with balsamic vinegar
Fire-baked chocolate stuffed fruits with salted caramel sauce & crumble
