Southern Multisports are a company based in Bognor regis that organise Triathlons, duathlons and trail runs in West Sussex. Our aim is to give everyone that takes part a safe, enjoyable race whether its your 1st or 101st time at taking part. All of our events are permitted by the relevant running or triathlon bodies to ensure strict safety guidelines are followed. Our events are all competitively
priced and our team of amazing marshals are on hand at every event to give you any advice you need and also to cheer you on around the routes.

All the donations have been collected and are en route to the Petworth Ukraine Relief . I’m just trying to find the best charity to ensure the cash donation goes where it is intended .
Hi Everyone. Just wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone who helped with Saturdays Run For Ukraine. whether it was running, marshalling supporting, sharing on social media or dropping off donations. the items collected (half a van load)are safe in my garage and will be collected either this evening or tomorrow. I have decided to make all of our races a collection point for donations, our help will be needed for many years to rebuild Ukraine. ****HELP US HELP OTHERS****
We want to do our bit to help those affected by the war in Ukraine so Southern Multisports will be organising a beach run on the afternoon of Sat 14th may from Blakes Road Felpham.
Starting at 16:15 just before low tide the route is the same as our Felpham 5 route along the sand to Elmer and back.
The race canicross friendly and all entry fees will be paid to one of the charities collecting to supply aid to the Ukrainian victims.
We will also be holding a collection of anything you have to donate, Medical supplies, clean clothes, tins of food, tools. Anything you think will help the citizens in Ukraine.
The theme will be yellow and blue so please come along and run or volunteer on the day and see how much we can raise for those who really need as much help as we can give.

Our first race of the year will be a fund raiser for the Ukraine war appeal on the afternoon of Sat 14th May on our Felpham 5 route. 100% of entry fees will be donated and we will also cover the admin fees.

IT'S RACE DAY!!
We're looking forward to seeing you all at the beach this evening for the return of the Felpham Five and look at this beautiful weather!
Just a few quick points about safety before this evening.
The beach has been checked and as previous years, it's going to be another tough one!
For those who have never run the Felpham Five before, this is a trail race, do not wear your nice new running shoes....😂
As with previous years there are the usual natural obstacles you expect to find on a beach, water, rocks the dreaded seaweed and, as if you need telling sand, lots and lots and lots or nice wet, soft, energy sucking sand.😂
Runners, please remember, you are NOT an Olympic Steeplechase runner, this is not Tokyo 2020, its Bognor 2021, therefore.....
Please DO NOT hurdle over the breakwaters.
Please DO NOT try and run over the rocky patches.
There will be areas you have to walk due to the nature of the terrain, this is the fun of a beach race.
Save your energy for the energy sucking sand and the wind on your way back!😂
