Did anyone watch The Pride of Britain Awards? I'm just catching up on it, and the first little girl is a Meningitis survivor.

I was in tears over her story. Such a brave and inspiring human ❤ Meningitis can be a killer, it can make your life change in an instant. Meningitis Research UK are fighting this, to try and reduce the impact it has. It affects on average 5,000,000 people globally each year. 1 in 10 of those will not survive, 2 in 10 are left with life changing impairments.
