Julie Pearson has a New Venture launching at BFA Floricon 2023 (previously Fleurex.) selling bespoke sundries and Floral Mechanics
14th and 15th Oct 2023 at Holywell Park Conference Centre, Loughborough.

I shall be demonstrating on stand T11 & sharing lots of techniques & ideas including those used in my RHS Chelsea Gold 23. My shop will include:1.8 stub wires. Glass test tubes. Rachet & the loop wire twists, The colourful Nutscene twines collection & there's more, I shall be taking orders for the Regenerative Oshun Pouches and other fabulous sustainable products.

I thought I would share my bespoke mechanics and frames I constructed for my RHS Chelsea Gold exhibit, Botanical Spillage.
Basic sundries; annealed stub & reel wire, galvanised stub wire. recycled industrial waterproof tins and recycled wax to hold the bespoke pin holder within the tin. 100 hours of manipulating wires and painting.

My incredible week at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show has come to an end. Its has been truly a surreal week with Monty Don championing my design on the first day of the show on prime BBC TV, this was a true highlight.
Winning Gold was emotional, especially as it was caught on camera - the BBC again were on the stand waiting to interview me. On the second day of BBC prime tv coverage.

Meeting up with friends and making new is always a delight at the RHS shows. It has been a fabulous week. Well done the RHS Chelsea team.

Woo hoo !! OVER THE MOON

We won a medal!! Absolutely delighted to announce that the Chelsea in Bloom installation at the Chelsea Physic Garden won a Silver Medal*!! Judged by the Judges Guild to strict criteria, the design, an amazing giant Watering Can and a fabulous living wall full of Kokadama’d plants and individually mounted flowers in water phials, was created by a team of Good Florist Guide members led by Linda Cottee (who won Gold for her Ralph Lauren installation) and Morgan Douglas Nuth. It was HOURS of work, there were a few hairy moments and muscles stretched to the limits, but I couldn’t be prouder of the team who gave up their time, went the extra mile (well several hundred given they came from all over the UK and Ireland!!) and absolutely smashed it!
