We are so excited to announce our Wedding Fair on Sunday 12th November from 2pm - 5pm! 🤍✨Our wedding fair is the perfect opportunity for newly engaged couples to explore The Hawthorns Venue and see what we have to offer. Our team of experienced suppliers will be on hand to answer any questions you may have and to offer their expertise and advice. You will have the chance to view our stunning venue, which will be beautifully decorated by our recommended supplier Willow and Fig and set up for a wedding, giving you a taste of what your special day could look like.We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and our ability to create unique and unforgettable weddings. Our venue is the perfect setting for those looking for a magical and enchanting wedding, with its beautiful gardens and picturesque surroundings.You will be greeted with drinks upon arrival and tantalized with a selection of exquisite canapes from our amazing head chef. Step into a world of enchantment and wonder starting at 7 pm. Our incredible magician will leave you spellbound, followed by a sumptuous hot banquet. Dance the night away to the tunes of our talented DJ and sax player until midnight.Tickets are priced at £40 per person, with a deposit of £10 required to secure bookings. Whether you come alone or with a group, we guarantee a wonderful time. We are so excited to open our doors this weekend for our second Wedding Open Day. We invite all brides and grooms to be, along with the general public to come and view our gorgeous exclusive-use venue. Whether you are looking to book your wedding or an event, this is a great opportunity to have a look around and have a chat with us to see how we can fit your vision. You can also speak with our preferred wedding suppliers: 🌸 The venue will be exquisitely dressed by our preferred venue dressers and florists Willow & Fig and Aspen & Ivy. 🕺🏽 We will have Exceed Events here providing a DJ set and their amazing magic mirror! 👰🏼‍♀️ Elegant wedding dresses from the wonderful Brides at Charnock Farm will be on display and you can add the finishing touches with C & K Jewellers who will be bringing along some lovely pieces. 🧁Impressive wedding cakes will be on display, not forgetting tasters from Buttercream Cake Design 🛞 Outside you will find Warrens Vintage VW Car Hire with some of their vehicles Darcy the bay window campervan and Serenity the Beetle convertible. They are ready to answer any questions you may have. 🎞 Looking for a photographer/videographer? We have the fabulous Mahoney Pics, who will be able to talk you through everything they can do to capture every special moment of your big day. 🎈Balloon Box will be here with an impressive balloon design, excited to chat about your balloon ideas for your wedding or event. 🎙Tom Wills is also ready to provide some entertainment with his remarkable vocals, a perfect way to give your big day that extra special touch. 🥂🍕As if all of these wonderful suppliers weren’t enough, we will have welcome drinks, the bar will be open, and our incredible pizza airstream will be on the patio ready to serve some delicious fresh pizzas. 📍 We look forward to seeing you!
