Providing balloon decor for your events and celebrations. Full payment required at least 7 days before collection.

Orders are collection only from Horwich

50% deposit is required when placing your order to secure your booking however if you require an order at short notice full payment may be required. If you cancel your booking your deposit will not be refunded. However amendments for date changes are permitted.
