A gentle reminder that we have a New Bereavement Cafe session which will be held on Monday 13th of January at Brookfield Hall Wedding and Events Venue 10.30 -12pm

This session is for anyone who is Bereaved and has never attended our Cafes before.

Reaching out for support, attending a new group where you don't know anyone or what to expect can be daunting, as someone who also struggles with Grief I can totally understand that.

There is never an expectation for anyone to talk, we have many people attend who find comfort in just siting with others and listening to their thoughts and feelings.
