Pickleball English Nationals Returns! 🎾

Over 1,000 players are set to compete in the Pickleball English Nationals next week at Bolton Arena, Thursday 31st October - Sunday 3rd November 😅

Karen Mitchell, Chair and Co-Founding Director of Pickleball England said: "The massive growth we've seen in pickleball over the last twelve months has meant we now have a record number of 1,111 players heading to Bolton to compete in this year's English Nationals".

We've installed 4 brand new, high quality Badminton Mats for our 4 Badminton Courts 🏸

The install has allowed us to stretch our court space to allow for 5 courts instead of 4 too, allowing for an additional space for badminton lovers to book ✅

National Hate Crime Awareness Week

In the year ending March 2023, police recorded 13,777 disability-related hate crimes across England and Wales!

We are wanting to spread awareness with Bolton Deaf Society, by sharing their leaflet providing information about Hate Crime:

➡️ Code of practice for victims of crime
➡️ Real life hate crime experiences

World Mental Health Day & World Homeless Day 📅

We hosted Back-up North West's Annual General Meeting in our Arena Suite today, a Homeless Charity supporting 16-25 year old's in Bolton. Emotions were high with Back-up Northwest CEO, Maura Jackson's moving speech during the session 💟

Members of our team alongside Syn-Energy Personal Training & ThinkOn Hypnotherapy joined Stateside Foods at their Wellbeing HUB Launch Day to spread awareness of how physical activity benefits both your body and your mind! 💪
