Even after 11 years of doing this job it still makes our day when we receive photos of our brides 😍 Here is lovely real vintage lane bride Gemma who tied the knot in September in her 1950’s guipire lace and chiffon vintage gown! Gemma said:

“My 1950s dress was so comfy to wear and I really felt like myself in it. I haven’t seen any modern dresses in that style. It was just what I was looking for, pretty and practical - perfect for both the church ceremony and the ceilidh reception!

It actually sparked a bit of a theme for the wedding, as we had a 1950s car and my bridesmaids had 50s style dresses too.

I was really happy to wear a second-hand wedding dress. A bad side of weddings is the environmental impact, and wearing vintage is a great way to reduce that.”

Simple but stunning 1960’s vintage wedding dress. The label inside states this wedding dress was made in Mayfair, London and the gown is such great, luxurious quality 😍 The fabric is sturdy yet delicate and it has a thick ruffled detail on the hem. A total timeless classic! Approx size 8/10 £340 💕
