Recipe
200g Butter
300g Plain Flour
100g Sugar
4 Lemons (Zest of 2)(Juice of 4)

Bake at 165 oc for 15-16 minutes or until they are nicely golden.

How did you celebrate Burns night this year? Chef Drew made some traditional Haggis, Neeps and Tatties to celebrate at home last night and here is the recipe for the Honey & mustard sauce he used to complement the haggis.
