Yin Yoga at Broxhead Pavilion, Lindford
Hi There, my name is Naz. Come and join my new Yin Yoga classes at Broxhead Pavilion, Lindford, GU35 0NY every Thursday morning from 9.30am to 11am. All are welcome and all will greatly enjoy and benefit from the practice.
Yin is suitable for all fitness levels, those completely new to yoga and those with more experience.
If you’ve never done yin yoga before you will be amazed and delighted. The practice allows you to mentally slow down, relax, and turn inward, which alleviates stress and restores your energy levels. It stretches the muscles and also the deeper connective tissues of the body to relieve aches and pains and bring balance to the whole being. The practice is perfect for those with busy lives and/or busy minds, for those who struggle to sleep, for those who are stiff and inflexible and also for those who just need a good stretch. Although yin is more of a passive practice it is still challenging and provides a whole myriad of benefits. Come and try it. Trial class £10.
