I got to work alongside the most incredible photographer recently for this barn wedding ceremony set up of dreams 🕯️🌾🤍 L&D gave me full reign to design the decor for their special day and I am so grateful to them for allowing me to dress

Loving this week’s new vases for my regular arrangements. Did you know that I offer regular bouquets already made up in a vase for you? I just collect the empty one back when dropping off your flowers, take it back for sterilising and bring you brand new flowers each time so that you always have something different. I have clients that do this for their home or office monthly, biweekly and weekly; you just tap in and out as you like 💐

Bit lost for words to be honest 💐 I feel so honoured to have been part of the Muddy Stilettos Awards, let alone win the Muddy Stilettos Herts & Beds category; I have today found out that I am the National Winner for Best Florist across all of the counties. Not sure how this happened but I’m buzzing! If you know where to collect flowers from, there’s bubbles happening 🥂💐 So grateful to you all for getting me noticed in the first place, biggest love Ellen 💋

Can you believe it? I’ve made it to the National Finals in the Awards! I am beyond proud to be one of five other florists across all of the other counties in England. Top Five! I had to share this with you here; it’s because of the support you all gave me in the initial rounds that I’m able to say that .ace is a national finalist! Don’t panic, there is no more voting 😅 The final round is judged by industry insiders. However to be honoured as one of the Best of the Best is more than enough for me. Feeling massively grateful for every opportunity, so thank you. 📷 the muddy legend

Why would you ask me to create your farewell flowers for a loved one?
I approach this part of my work as the highest honour. I totally understand how much there is to organise when preparing to say goodbye to a loved one, therefore when looking to use flowers as part of your goodbye I will take care of making sure that your tributes are special and always, always one of a kind. I play your loved one’s favourite music in the flower studio when creating them and include their favourite flowers and their birth flower when possible. I pour all the love in the world into every stem and take real pride in what you are dedicating to your loved one. I hope that when organising your flowers, coming to me is as gentle process as possible. Tributes shared with permission from the family 🪽🩷🌿
