The Boston Tree Party 🌳🍃

The The Boston Woods Trust are inviting everyone, particularly families, to the Boston Tree Party to help plant 16,000 trees on Sunday 4th December from 9am to 2pm

The venue is Dion’s Wood Nature Reserve, Willoughby Road, Boston PE21 9HR. This is just north of the Maud Foster Windmill and will be well sign-posted

They ask that anyone wishing to join wear suitable footwear and takes a spade

It's the start of hibernation season for Hedgehogs. I'm hoping not to see the Unitarian resident hedgehog, Henry, for a little while.

Putting out food and water in a feeding station each evening will help to give your hedgehogs the best chance of making it through the winter. Keep feeding into November or December, when the food stops being taken stop leaving it out.
