I honestly think that with a photographer or any wedding supplier it's SO important to feel like you can reach out, talk to them, and have honest conversations with, especially on your big day! I always do my best to get myself in the middle of being someone you feel you can call a friend and someone you can trust but also rely on to do a great job and deliver so I felt very proud when I read this...

I'm honestly staggered and surprised at some of these numbers! 👀

I decided to take a look back at everything weddings stats wise, and some of these really surprised me...

The 430 minutes of watch time with my wedding gallery slideshows is incredible and I'm really pleased to see so much interest and replayability with these (they are a nice surprise extra that are included in the wedding photo gallery by the way 😉)

The landscape photo orientation wasn't a huge shock as a large proportion of the time I'm focusing on not only yourselves and your guests but the beautiful settings you find yourselves in. The group photos, ceremony photos, the quiet times away from your guests need those extra wide shots to appreciate where we are in the moment! ✨️

Charlotte, Alex, their friends and family all got involved looking at their gallery! 151 views!

Hope you are all well gang, just wanted to say hello and thank you for continuing to follow this egg head guy despite the fact he isn't always up on social posts. I'm trying to do better, I promise.

Anyway, feel free to save or screenshot the second image as ammunition against me in the future, and I hope you've had a fun and productive November. Remember to take breaks, go for a walk, and make some space between yourself and your work. You may not know it, and you may think you're too busy to but take the time for it, you'll be glad you did 👍🏻 Not that I'm talking from any personal burnout experience or anything 😬

It's not always straightforward or easy, but I completely understand how difficult and unfamiliar it can be having your photo taken for hours on end...

I always try my best to get those in front of the camera feeling more comfortable and at ease with me, whether it's with a daft joke, compliment, or a distracting element or point of interest nearby. I want you to feel as though you can talk with me and discuss photos and opportunities like we are close friends and be honest with each other 😊

I'm so pleased to hear that not only felt that way (or something similar!) but her friends and family had a good time with me too 🙌🏻 I LOVE TO SEE IT 😁 thank you Emily & Callum!

A beautiful wedding set at Botolph Claydon Village Hall where Emma and Tom exchanged vows. The couple decided to embrace the bright and vibrant colours of summer for their special day, creating an inviting and joyful atmosphere for their guests. Pink was definitely on the agenda!

Hi, my name is David. I live in the beautiful county of Buckinghamshire and I have done for almost 30 years. Why did I decide to be a photographer?

I fell into photography a few years ago when I'd saved up for my first decent camera and lens and decided to take it with me to a close friend's wedding mainly to experiment with my new found purchases. I was really pleased with the results and even my most critical of close friends complimented me on photos that I'd taken and I've even taken photos at their own weddings too. I’ve never looked back since!

Capturing weddings has become a huge passion of mine, it genuinely feels like a privilege to share these incredible days with all my couples. I get to travel the country, meet amazing couples and capture their special days, giving them visual memories to relive their special day over and over again.

My approach is to be informal & fun, creative & professional. I love engaging with guests at weddings and I feel that this helps me capture the photographs that I do. As I become part of the day all of your guests will relax around me because of it and in my experience that is when the real magic of photography can capture something truly special and unique. Every wedding is unique and it is my duty to document everything that happens – the union of two families, the laughter, tears, emotions and partying! It all matter when it comes to telling the story. Photography packages start from £499 and last minute bookings are now available.
