This weekend we provided and served canapés for a 25 year wedding anniversary. They went down a storm with the guests.
We provided a mix of hot and cold canapés prepared freshly in the clients kitchen to assure they were at their best.
The South Coast team went above and beyond to ensure our clients had a memorable experience

These are little mouthfuls of potato heaven. Thin slices of potato are coated in duck fat and layered up before going into the oven for 4 hours. They are then compressed in the fridge for 8 hours, before getting sliced into cubes and deep fried. They are topped with a dijon mustard glaze, a pickled onion gel and smoked salt. They really are special.

Who can resist a duck spring roll? And because they are handmade, not frozen, the filling is rather generous!

We are currently working on a new vegan canape. It's our version of a vegan tartare. So you have diced beetroot with cornichons, capers, dijon and an avocado mousse. It is then topped with a slice of applewood smoked golden beetroot, togarashi and a wasabi and beetroo fluid gel.
This is the second version of this and not yet the final, we believe in taking time to get things perfect. The beetroot tartare mix is going to be diced a little smaller, however the main change is the size is going to be reduced so it is a one bite wonder, as at the moment it can be a bit messy!
