In true hospitality style, we’re celebrating on Bournemouth Beach, where we’re busy setting up Innovative Hire's 40ft drinks container for the air show weekend ✈️ (sorry about that but don’t worry we’ll make it up to you)

Whether it’s scaling Christmas Trees, descaling cookers, leading our ops…or belting out karaoke classics in the Alps - we couldn’t do it without you! 🙌

🧑‍🎓👩‍🎓Did we just deliver the most picture-perfect post graduation celebration in the UK!? (we think so!)

Last week saw us trade our bucket and spades for high vis and hard hats as we hit the golden sands of Bournemouth Beach for Arts University Bournemouth ‘s Post Graduation Ceremony celebrations.

After 4 days of hard work with our friends at Marquee Nation & Innovative Hire we soaked up the sun (thankfully) as 4,000 guests got to celebrate their special day in a truly stunning setting.

Having produced this event since 2015, we will never take for granted our privilege in helping create memories that will last a life time and of course the stunning surroundings we are fortunate enough to call home.

This week, we’re back at our favorite spot on Bournemouth Beach, building AUB’s post-graduation party venue! 🎉

Now in our 7th year helping to deliver this event, this week will see us welcome over 6,000 guests as we deliver the most picturesque post graduation setting in the UK.

🎪We are thrilled to share our latest success with Carnival UK Careers ‘s ‘Big Get Together’ at Mayflower Park, Southampton.

This past week saw us deliver an action packed day for over 1250 guests as we helped Carnival deliver the latest instalment from their ‘Summer of Togetherness’ series, including :

🍔 Delicious street food by The Street Kings UK
🍹 Craft cocktails and a unique container bar
🎶 Live music, silent disco, and local acoustic artists
🎨 Face painting, henna tattoos, and fun games

Hats off to our head of events; Rosie and the whole team for going above and beyond to deliver the perfect event.

Our current Warehouse Manager is emigrating to sunnier climates, which means the role is now available for someone to come and take ownership of our Warehouse.

Like being hands-on? Tidy, organised, and care about your work? Want every day to be different, eg one day building / delivering kit to event sites, the next being at our HQ organising the warehouse and inputting ideas with the team planning events?

The role can be part-time eg 3 days a week on a day rate, or full-time with a salary. Depending on the candidate. We are flexible in how we work things.
