Our Story
We have been trading for over 69 years and been in our family for over 50 years. We are a member of Interflora. It was the first Dutch flower shop in Bournemouth 69 years ago, and the shop has only changed hands once in all the years. Must be the longest family-run florists in Bournemouth. We are very proud of this record. I also think we are oldest flower shop in Bournemouth. Janet Jones has worked for us for 52 years having left School at 15 years old.
David, whose dad bought the shop, has been there 47 years, and is still running the business today. We are the only Interflora shop in Bournemouth which sends flowers all over the world. We have daily deliveries of fresh flower and plants. Our aim is to help customers and make them feel like they are part of our family. David is married to Judy and she has built our website and maintains the regular updates which is a very important part of our modern world. In November 2019 we celebrated our family ownership for 50 years and we are proud of that.
