TAG YOUR BUSINESS

As you may have seen from my recent stories, 2025 is quiet for wedding suppliers, perhaps due to the COVID blip (that’s a polite phrase for it) and couples not meeting during that time. I’ve been inundated with messages from wedding suppliers saying they’re in the same boat.

Many businesses don’t want to post about being quiet due to fear/embarrassment that they’re the only ones but rest assured, it is across the board!

So, instead of moping around, I want to take action and do whatever I can to help everyone.

FLIP FLOPS 🩴

This is one trend that I’m sure will never go out of fashion!

Whenever ladies see the flip flops, they let out a big sigh of relief that they can take their heels off. 😮‍💨

OCTOBER WEDDING

Yesterday saw our last wedding of the season and it was such a lovely one to end the year on!

We worked in conjunction with the venue’s team to bring Abiee & Ryan’s wedding plans to life.

It was a pleasure to work with Marie & Ash - thank you guys for welcoming us into your venue. It was a pleasure to work together!

It was wonderful to meet some new (to us) suppliers too!

This is such an underrated venue in my opinion, because with careful planning, the weddings here are always awesome! 🙌🏻

It’s safe to say that Kirsty & Ross had a breezy wedding day at Branksome Dene but it didn’t ruin the day, everyone had a blast!

After two weeks away on a cruise 🚢 I’m back and I’ve brought a cold with me 🤧 Anyone else feel like they need a holiday after a holiday? 😂

It’s time for a well-earned holiday and perhaps not really party time as my three year old is coming 😂

IT’S MY BIRTHDAY

Another year older ✅

Another year wiser 🤔

I’m not so sure about that but one thing about getting older is that you become much more sure of who you are.

I’ve never been about being better than someone else anyway (other than my sisters when it comes to board games or beating my husband at SingStar!) but I am 100% for community over competition all day long!

Also, just being kind. It costs nothing.

So on my birthday, I wish for kindness amongst the wedding community 💞 and cake for all! 🍰

WEDDING NINJA

“I am not even sure where to start. This review will never be enough to explain how thankful I am to Sam for her amazing, professional, supportive service on the day of my wedding!

Sam was more than I could imagine and wish for. Nothing was ever an issue, any problems were solved before they even began. She was there when I needed her but yet, totally invisible, like a little ninja 🙂 I do not know what I would have done without her.

She made the whole day go smoothly, organising all the people together, making sure nothing went wrong. As I’m a little control freak, it was hard to let go of all the worries, but as soon as Sam spoke to me, I knew I was in good hands and she’d have it all under control!

After the wedding loads of people asked me if there is anything I would change if I could turn back time and I can safely say, NOT A SINGLE THING! All of Sam’s recommendations for a coach company, wedding crèche, portable toilets, pancake van..etc. I could go on and on, EVERYTHING was just perfect. Safe to say she knows all the best people in the industry and this showed at our wedding. Everyone was faultless!

Thank you Sam for making our wedding stress free! All I can say is I wish I could do it all over again!”
