From start to finish, we work with you to create a unique evening with incredible food and brilliant service - followed up by all the washing up being done for you!

Tonight, we had the pleasure of cooking for a lovely family having a weekend break in the stunning Cotswold Water Park.

We pride ourselves on taking the most humble of dishes to the next level, accompanied by friendly, relaxed service.

This was our delicious Thai style cod fishcake with radicchio, petite herbs, soy dressing, basil emulsion finished with fresh diced cucumber to cut through.

tonights client is a big fan of Green Giant sweetcorn, so when he booked us for dinner, we had to incorporate it into his bespoke menu.

So, Jack worked his magic and created this stunning canapé for them as a surprise extra!

Sweetcorn purée with saffron and cumin, sweet pastry case, togarahsi and purple radish leaf.
