As the Chill Out! Event Management Ltd team finally wind down for 🎄 Christmas 2024 with their families and friends, we wanted to take a moment to send thanks to everyone we have worked for, with and alongside in 2024!

From the clients who have continued to put their trust in us, both old and new, the partners we have worked with to deliver so many different types of event experiences in 2024, and the venues and other suppliers who have ensured our events have run seamlessly this year, THANK YOU! 🎅

Yesterday, Chill Out! Event Management Ltd. had the privilege of partnering with MuleSoft to deliver their APIs and IPAs: End of Year Event, hosted at the striking Ohana Floor on the 36th floor of Salesforce Tower London. With its panoramic views of the London skyline, it was the perfect setting to celebrate the end of a fantastic year.

🌟 Event Highlights:

🎤 Inspiring Content: Guests dived into the future of AI and APIs, exploring topics like autonomous AI agents, self-integrating apps, and preparing for an AI-ready world.
🍻 Tasty Networking: Delicious grazing platters and a unique craft beer tasting experience with UnBarred Brewery, courtesy of the talented team at The Together Collective, left everyone impressed.
🎄 Festive Atmosphere: A talented pianist filled the air with Christmas classics and modern tunes on a stunning Steinway & Sons grand piano, setting a warm and vibrant mood.
⭐ Onsite Excellence: Our very own Lindsey Thompson and Kim Boehm ensured the event ran seamlessly, adding the signature Chill Out touch.

The result? A night of connection, learning, and celebration that guests won’t forget!

Chill Out! Event Management Ltd were delighted to support Fortinet with their event yesterday at the very unique and edgy venue that is 26 Leake Street in London.

Our superheroes Louise Bawden, Lianne Yule and Molly Clark were on hand to ensure that and all their invited customers enjoyed a fun, informative and very enjoyable day in these memorable surroundings.

It’s been an absolute pleasure for our team to work on this event and we look forward to working with Fortinet on many more activities in 2025!

🔮Day 2 of in Amsterdam and the energy and engagement in the room today is electric.

🏙️ The turnout for this much anticipated event has been phenomenal and luckily our partners at Postillion Hotels have been able to accommodate this with help from Leonardo Hotels Benelux too, thank you both!🙏

✨ The autonomous workplace is definitely coming and thanks to the Omnissa platform, it’s going to be here sooner than we think, like all things generative AI.

👏 The Chill Out! Event Management Ltd team have loved being part of this journey and seeing all of the Partner and Customer sessions coming to life today. It’s been a privilege and a pleasure in helping to facilitate what is just the beginning……

Day 1 of in Amsterdam is off to a fantastic start!

🤩 We’re excited to be onsite at Postillion Hotels Amsterdam Hotel and Convention Centre supporting Omnissa as they bring together over 500 industry professionals for the first day of their highly anticipated two-day conference on the future of digital work. After months in the planning, it’s fantastic to see everything come together! 💪

👋🏻 A big shout out to our onsite team, led by our operations lead Kirsty and backed by five other members of the Chill Out! Event Management Ltd team; Lianne, Amy, Sam, Molly and Hayley. Their hard work is making sure every detail is executed perfectly as we support main plenary, breakout, exec, partner and solution sessions, running together with customer networking, panel discussions a sponsor expo area and evening receptions! 🙏

It’s going to be an epic event and we will be sharing more updates and behind-the-scenes moments as we continue into Day 2! 📸

A BIG moment for Chill Out! Event Management Ltd today as our newest team member, Emmiley Bell is experiencing her first-ever onsite event in central London.

Headed up and supported by our Operations Lead and Account Manager Kirsty and Event Exec Hayley.

Emmiley is helping to manage a 120-person corporate event, showing up bright and early at the venue this morning for an 07:45am start with oodles of energy and enthusiasm!😊

Starting with us on 9th September, Emmiley has already jumped into the exciting world of onsite event management - and today is just the start.

Well done Emmiley for jumping in with both feet today with confidence. Congratulations on your first onsite!❤️

Chill Out! Events have just hosted a fabulous incentive weekend in the Cotswolds to toast the retirement of one of the UK’s leading Automotive Dealership group Chairman.

🏡 The group enjoyed a sumptuous weekend stay in the luxurious surroundings of the The Lygon Arms Hotel in Broadway enjoying 🎈 celebratory dinners both at the hotel and at the nearby 🍽️ Russells restaurant in Broadway.

🏁 Activites including an epic classic car rally under ☀️golden skies, ⚔️ country pursuits and 🛁 spa treatments in the beautiful Cotswold countryside, ensured that everyone had a magical and memorable weekend.

Chill Out! Event Management Ltd supported a new client with a partner event at the home of Chelsea football club earlier this week. ⚽

🍴After a sumptuous lunch to start the day, attendees heard insightful content throughout the afternoon covering how to create value from AI and automation and the benefits of working together.

⚽️ Chelsea Football Club then treated the group to a tour of the stadium where they visited areas usually reserved for players and officials such as the press room, dressing rooms, players tunnel and even the dug out!

A weekend spent in Amsterdam is always a good idea, as our very own Lindsey Thompson found out last weekend at The Meetings Space.😍

Hosted at the famous Anantara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky Amsterdam with a packed programme of supplier meetings, local activities and fine dining, it was a great destination update for us, especially as we prepare for a large conference there this October.😊

Chill Out! Event Management Ltd were at the home of Gaelic Football, Croke Park Dublin last week for SUGCON (Sitecore User Group Conference) 2024!

It’s an absolute privilege for the team to be working on our 7th Annual Sitecore SUGCON event which has taken us to the likes of Amsterdam, London, Marbella, Berlin and Budapest in the past too.

This Pan-EMEA event showcases a truly inspiring developer community ‘at work’ and let’s Chill Out! Event Management Ltd really showcase our expertise in supporting large IT sector conferences and events.
