Following a very unpleasant situation with a now ex-client and her lack of payment/notice of cancelling we will, as a small business, be having to alter our booking process.

Please note this is not a hobby, it is a business and behind that business is a family to support.

The majority of our client base is fantastic and this does not come from us lightly.

We can't treat small businesses this way, it's already such a tough time for us please treat us with the respect you would expect to us to treat you with.
