I'd love to introduce the wonderful team behind Spitting Pig Yorkshire who you all see out on your gorgeous events! 🥰
Our catering manager Jon as many of you know is in fact Australian! 🦘 Jon who met his lovely wife Kirstie (who is from Yorkshire) in London in 1998 and they lived in Australia together for a while before eventually settling back in good old Yorkshire! Jon has been a chef for 30 years and has worked in all levels of hospitality. 👨🍳
He says 'I Really enjoy the daily challenge of event catering and feeding lots of people fantastic meals in places that it shouldn’t seem possible for your average caterer. I’ve even cooked lunch for the late Queen Elizabeth and Duke of Edinburgh. I Love cooking and the theatre of whole pigs as people rarely get to see that. I also really enjoy being self-employed yet part of a larger team where you have support if needed.' 😁
