For the first time ever, we added a brilliant twist to our evening, introducing a support act that truly set the stage alight, all thanks to the generous sponsorship by the Jazz North New Northern bursary scheme.

With Jess Moore on the Alto Saxophone, the exquisite harmony from Joseph Frost-Tesfaye on Piano, the soulful strumming by Per Alexander Fossheim Johansen on Guitar, the deep, resonant basslines from David Bullock, and the rhythmic genius of Harry Stobart on Drums, the evening was nothing short of spectacular.

Please do consider booking in advance, as not only does it guarantee you a place (Saturday's gig was very close to being at capacity), and it's cheaper, but it also allows us to plan for seating arrangements and bar stock (primarily the real ale, which has a limited shelf life).
