Busy week ahead with Mother’s Day this Sunday. Florists up and down the country will be working crazy hours. I’m starting to pick foliages before the rubbish weather tomorrow.

Mothers Day Flowers

I'm now taking orders for Mothers Day (14th March.) Bouquets of British grown flowers delivered (contactless) to Brecon and the surrounding areas.

Last date for ordering will be Weds 10th March. Please don't leave it too late before placing your order as it's likely that I will sell out before the 10th.

Here's a few photos of recent wedding work I've done in the last couple of months.
Sadly I won't be able to take on many weddings year due to health issues and caring for family members.
Fingers crossed after a year off I'll be back to full strength and back meeting all the super couples who are looking to 'tie the knot.'

Just a sneaky peak of some of the bottles for the lovely S&N who are marrying this weekend.
There was an autumnal seasonal beer type theme for the flowers.
More pics to follow but right now I’m going to watch the rugby on television through the back of my eyelids 😴. Thanks to my kids for the stinking cold 🤧

After a rest and having been surrounded by beer bottles for the past few days I’m definitely off to the for a pint later or maybe tomorrow.

Congratulations to L&G getting married today at the beautiful near Cardiff.
Perfect weather and a beautiful venue for a fab couple.
Big thanks to for being my right hand woman and helping me as I balance precariously on a ledge to tie the garland 😆
Also many thanks to my fellow flower growers who have helped me out after rabbits munched their way through my plants/flowers
Also to for pulling it all together and doing a grand job behind the scenes with all the planning.

The last two days I’ve been busy up at in Builth.
Promoting locally grown flowers outside the LANTRA building with other fab growers.
Today I’m back home prepping for this weekend’s wedding and working on funeral flowers. To say it’s a busy time of year is an understatement.

I think this is my favourite bouquet delivered this week. Lots of colour, lots of scent and just jolly and happy.
All grown by me - so seasonal and local too.
I deliver pretty much everyday to Brecon and the surrounding area/s during the main growing season of April-November.

A few snaps of yesterday’s wedding flowers at The Castle in Brecon.
Nice and local for me and I didn’t get lost on the way either (probably because I drive past it everyday.)
All seasonal, locally grown British flowers were used and splashes of orange by request of the groom (because he is Dutch.)

Thank you D, J & P for taking the time to send me this thank you card. It was a pleasure to do the flowers for your wedding last weekend - despite the awful weather and me getting lost trying to deliver.

I have limited quantities of seasonal, locally and British grown scented spring flowers, so please order soon. There’s always a flurry of people trying to order on Saturday and I don’t want to disappoint anyone because I’ve run out of flowers.

Mother's Day orders are now being taken!

This year I'll be doing bouquets in two sizes with delivery on Sunday 31st March.

All seasonal, locally grown flowers such as Hyacinths, Tulips, Narcissi, fancy Daffs, Scilla, Ranunculus, Leucojum, Anemones.

Limited numbers available due to recent wet weather wrecking flowers I have growing and large pre-booked events/weddings. So please order early to avoid disappointment.

Standard £25, Large £35, presented in a vintage Kilner jar. With free delivery to Brecon and within 3miles of Brecon town centre. Happy to deliver elsewhere in the LD3 area too, just get in touch.

Picked up today for a tomorrow in London. The designers are working overnight so we harvested the yesterday and conditioned them for 24hours so that the design team can crack on with arranging straight away.
Can’t wait to see the photos.
Our roses are off down the m4. Please no traffic jams this evening.

Back to work after a fab bank holiday. The recent rain has really helped flower wise even though the weather has caused havoc in other parts of the country.
