Christmas has kicked off for us with 3 events this weekend 🎅 ✨🎄

Yesterday afternoon we served up an Asian feast for a Christmas party at Heaven Swansea

Followed by a drop off Quintessential for a 21st birthday celebration at Royal British Legion Club, Llandrindod Wells in the evening.

Today took us back over the Beacons to Heaven for another of our most popular Quintessential buffets for a Christmas get together 🚚💨

Amazing feedback all round and a lovely festive atmosphere 💫 A big thank you to the team this weekend for all the hard work 💪

Last Friday we were back at Heaven Swansea for Beaujolais day 🍷 💃

Our meals included an assiette of salmon, duo of pork, beef dripping triple cooked chip and wagyu steak, Welsh rarebit croquettes and Merlyn Liquer crème brûlées. A French classic with a Welsh twist 🇫🇷 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

Final wedding of 2023 for us and what a beautiful day for our first visit to The Sheepshed

Our brides today, Natasha and Gemma chose our timeless classic Quintessentially British buffet which we served up on lazy Susans at the tables to create a real feast for everyone to share.

This was then followed by signature sweet treat boards.

We still have some availability for weddings in 2024 and our 2025 diary is also filling up fast.

Opening night at Heaven Swansea was almost a week ago! The grand opening after their re furb ❤️ The place is looking stunning and the cocktails are to die for!

We can’t wait to be back for Beaujolais day 🍷💃

Hottest wedding of the year today for the team! But what a stunning day for the happy couple ❤️ ☀️

Canapés today were…
💥 Steamed prawn dumplings with chimichurri
💥Katsu curry chicken Kievs
💥Crispy Welsh rarebit croquettes

Our main buffet this afternoon was our first Greek theme 🇬🇷 This included
💥Chicken souvlaki with homemade grilled flatbreads
💥Lamb kofta kebabs with homemade grilled flatbreads
💥 Waterlemon, feta, cucumber and mint salad
💥 Harissa spiced beetroot hummus
💥Garlic and parsley hummus
💥tzatziki
💥Mediterranean potato salad
💥Marinaded olives

The wedding breakfast was then finished off with an amazing surprise singing waitress who got everyone dancing on the tables 💃 🎤

An amazing day in an amazing venue Green Grove Barns. The team made us very welcome and we look forward to heading back in the future!

Here we served up our Quintessentially British buffet for a family fun day and village get together ☀️

Yesterday we kicked off our bank holiday weekend with a lovely local wedding in Brecon!

The bride and groom this week chose-

☀️ Fish ‘N’ Chip with tartare sauce, pea purée and vinegar pearls
☀️ Lamb kofta kebabs with tzatziki
☀️ BBQ pulled pork and Hoi sin duck leg sliders
☀️ Mac ‘N’ cheese
☀️ Pizzas

The main event was then followed my our mixed sweet treat platters and an evening buffet of deep filled sandwiches, mini pies and our signature scotch eggs 🤤

It was a beautiful day and we were thrilled to be a part of it!

First event of the weekend catering for Chris and Lindsey at their engagement party at Heaven Swansea 💒 💍 Lovely to be back with the team at Heaven, the perfect party location in the centre of Swansea 🙌 🙌

A brilliant mixed bag of options from across our buffet menus finished off with our signature sweet treats 🍭

💫 Handmade secret recipe beef burgers in homemade brioche rolls
💫 Cherry wood smoked pulled chicken sliders with slaw
💫 Chicken satay skewers
💫 Pigs in blankets sausage rolls
💫 Chorizo & butternut squash and tomato & mozzarella quiche
💫 Deep pan pizzas
💫 Smokey bacon loaded mac ‘N’ cheese
💫 Cherry wood smoked chicken pies

Brilliant day for the team today catering for a beautiful wedding in Brecon.

Didn’t let the wind and rain stop us ☔️ 💨 🧑‍🍳

Canapés of chicken liver parfait with crispy chicken skin and red onion chutney, sticky soy, ginger, miso and chilli glazed pork belly bites with chimichurri and Welsh cheddar and leek croquettes.

Followed by a barbecue featuring chilli loaded hot dogs, pulled pork sliders, beef rump burgers topped with pulled brisket, KFC chicken and halloumi skewers.

Homemade Dessert grazing platters were served up with baked white chocolate cheesecake, marshmallows, double chocolate brownie, churros and fresh summer berries.

Finally we served up our classic Quintessential selection to cater for evening guests 🧑‍🍳🍾

Amazing day had by all!
