Since 1996, The Coaching Inn Group has been on a mission to breathe new life back into some of the country's best known hotels & inns.

Through carefully considered refurbishments, a strong focus on hospitality & our valued guests and menus designed with seasonality & locality in mind, we've been able to continue on this pathway for almost 30 years, and win a few awards along the way!

The Castle Of Brecon will be one of our biggest refurbishments to date, and certainly one of the most exciting ones! So, what will we be doing?

Work has already commenced on a full refurbishment of all bedrooms & public areas, with the former ballroom being converted into a new restaurant, overlooking the beautiful grounds, offering stunning views of the Brecon Beacons.

In addition to the restaurant, we will also have smaller rooms for private dining, and meetings, and a function room for weddings & other events. What was previously the restaurant, will now become a new lounge area, designed for you to sit back, enjoy and have a meal and a drink.
