Carbonite Traffic Solutions are proud to be a part of the new developments underway at Jersey Road.

Construction has begun on the new Brentford FC academy facilities at Brentford’s existing training ground, Jersey Road in Osterley after planning permission was secured from local authorities.

This development will help them progress their youth development plans and meet the Premier League's latest academy requirements.

The changes include:
- Seven outdoor pitches
- A new academy building which will house classrooms
- Changing rooms
- Medical facilities
- A gym for young players and staff

New facilities are due to be operational by late summer so the club can secure at least Category Three academy status by the start of the 2024/25 season, with ambitions to progress towards achieving Category One status in the near future.

If this describes you, Carbonite Traffic Solutions are recruiting Traffic Marshals to join our core team for another action packed summer season within the M25.

Job Specification

This position involves working in the great outdoors at music festivals and events such as Hyde Park, Crystal Palace Park, Finsbury Park, Regents Park, Hampton Court Palace, Brentford Stadium among other event sites and parks within Greater London, (hopefully in the sunshine).

You will be expected to wear black trousers, a PLAIN navy blue polo T-shirt and sturdy black footwear. You will be supplied with high visibility uniform for safety purposes. You will have access to cold/hot drinks, breaks and the best support staff you could ask for!

Under the direction of an experienced Supervisor, your duties will include:
• Vehicle Banksman.
• Vehicle Access Control.
• Vehicle Accreditation.
• Processing Deliveries.
• Log vehicles entering and exiting site.
• Inform drivers of the site rules.
• Enforce the site speed limit and unloading times.
• Provide a vehicle buggy es**rt service.
• Manage and maintain vehicle routes.
• Marshal pick up and drop off points.
• Install temporary traffic signs and cones.

Applicants with traffic management experience are highly desirable but not essential. Full training will be provided by our training team.

Wonderful to be invited back to work with our friends at HERE at Outernet
Even more exciting to be part of the launch night for Priscilla The Party and their immersive party adaption of Priscilla Queen of the Desert The Musical.

Getting to use the suspended bays and our new 'No Waiting' cones to secure the area for our VIP Pick up and Drop off zone.

We even brought along some CSAS support from to manage public saftey when it became busy.

Thanks to the team at Outernet and the Priscilla team for making us feel very much like part of the team.

As we get ready for the season ahead, we look at how we can improve our performance going into 2024.

We have previously rented radios for most of our events, however this year we've invested in over a hundred brand new Carbonite labelled, Motorola radios complete with repeaters and licence.

We've also finished rolling out our new uniform making sure our team are kitted out in the best gear out there. Meeting industry standards by having our staff in numbered, identifiable uniform.

Rolling out our new uniform this week at Brentford FC match with Chelsea Football Club last weekend.

Unlucky result for the Bees but our traffic team were on form to help the locals make a swift getaway from the sour atmosphere.

Sporting our new orange uniform, our newly trained staff operating under the Streetworks accreditation were happy to help the general public across the roads safely.

The new brand name 'Carbonite Traffic Solutions' perfectly conveys our company's identity and what we stand for. With a focus on reducing carbon footprints, our innovative solutions help to reduce congestion and decrease emissions, which makes us more environmentally friendly. The rebranding is a fundamental part of our ethos, and philosophy.

Our aim is to continue providing exceptional traffic management services to our clients, whilst also making positive contributions to the environment. We will work closely with our clients to develop and implement bespoke traffic management solutions that are tailored to their specific needs, helping to reduce traffic congestion on their projects, as well as minimising the impact of their carbon emissions. Wow. What just happened?!
ETMS well and truly stepped upto the plate these last couple of weeks. We came out of Taste of London and stepped into the world of music festivals once again.

From Finsbury Park Events headlining with , to BST at Hyde Park featuring and , over to Crystal Palace events for and Community events with and followed by and …then to finish it off!

Over the last 4 weeks, these events have opened there doors to over 1,000,000 festival goers! And we were there every step of the way.

The team pushed further and harder than ever before and did the ETMS family name proud.

But that’s not it, as well as all this, we’ve been at Hampton Court for the flower festival, Tatton Park for their flower show, the Treasure Art Fair in Chelsea and we even supported Land Rover with their vehicle launch!

Throughout these events we’ve run a tight and professional operation. We managed road closures, on site logistics, getting deliveries and artists where they need to get to. We’ve managed PUDO’s with the use of Uber geo fences and baiting everyone gets their Ubers from one place supported by our taxi Marshals and even managed the accessibility PUDO

So that was Chelsea flower show.

As always, a joy to be a part of the wonder that is
From the efforts on the Bullring with DaveJack, to Burton Court with Belinda. Our team have been incredible.

We’ve seen over 168,000 people through the gates on show days. But our efforts shine most on build and break.

We’ve seen artics down the dreaded Barrack Walk, cabins all over the shop and contractors a plenty!

We saw the 12,000 square meter Great Pavilion going up,
Over 2,000 tonnes of earth moved,
In excess of 700 vehicles a day,
1200 staff on site a day,
Almost 300 coaches over the show days,
Protestors on one garden,
A wedding on the garden of Unity,
Multiple royal visits,
And a well planned breakdown night that saw most of Eastern Avenue clear out in a couple of hours!

We have a great team here at but the brains of this operation and indeed the man of the hour, Mr Steve Howe pulled off another fantastic operation. 👏👏👏

A legendary collection like the TAG Heuer Carrera deserves only the best. Especially on its 60th birthday. That’s why we’ve joined The Chase for Carrera, a special film that captures both the nostalgia and the pioneering spirit of the collection. The film premiered in London and the attendees included Hollywood royalty.

The red carpet was graced by the blockbuster’s cast including actors Ryan Gosling and Vanessa Bayer, as well as producer and director David Leitch and director Nash Edgerton. Further on-screen stars and TAG Heuer Ambassadors such as Hollywood greats Patrick Dempsey, Jacob Elordi and also England’s very own, Tommy Fleetwood, have also joined the celebrations.

We had to think on our feet, adapt to the environment. But that’s where we thrive.

With our PUDO GeoNet set up we were able to cater for the Ubers at a pick up / drop off point at the front of the event and manage the narrow one way street effectively, looking after the red carpets porches VVIP pick ups and drop offs at the rear of the venue.

Here at ETMS we like to make sure our key staff are equipped with the correct knowledge to see them perform effectively on event sites all over the UK.

Today saw some of the etms family complete a Lantra approved TMCE course complete with exams.

This course is intended for Event Traffic Marshals whose duties may include, guiding vehicles, maintaining emergency routes, erecting signs and notices, dealing with pedestrian control etc.

Having the right staff in the right place with the right knowledge gives us the best chance at succeeding as a team. And best of all, full marks all round!

Here at somersethouse
we are faced with an archway of over 220 years standing proudly on The Strand.

Over the years these arches have graced the entrance for royalty, film makers, artists and general public alike.

This Christmas saw the installation of Skate. An ice rink throughout December that combines the old and the new to create a stunning scene everyone can enjoy.
Working with some familiar faces made the job both fun and effective.

You’ll be pleased to know, the archway still stands!

Rita Ora, Cynthia Erivo and Kim Cattrall were among the winners at the Glamour Women Of The Year awards.

With our CSAS operatives maintaining traffic movement in and around the venue and our very own glamour team on the front foot, we were able navigate the 1500 guests with vip drop offs on the red carpet.

An absolute joy to be back here at

Some of the most compressed work we’ve done to date. Coming through the Strands arch entrance (the same width as the vehicles coming in) it’s been a challenge.

With our team of experienced Marshal’s and previous knowledge of the venue, we were only too happy to get our boots on the ground!

Working with for for the event hailed as one of the capital’s favourite winter experiences. Skate at Somerset House signals the start of the festive period with unrivalled skating and contemporary music to get you into the Christmas spirit.

A busy one last night. Hosting Chelsea at Brentford’s stadium.

Graham Potter’s unbeaten start at Chelsea continues although this west London derby proved to be one of the most difficult games so far under his management.

A nil-nil result meant all 17000+ fans held on till the end leading to some adapting on our part.
Getting the fans out quickly but safely is key to our operation and the fans were brilliantly cooperative as usual on their way out.

Reflecting on the busy month of July and thinking about the team at

Our team guided artics, vans and cars in and around the tightly packed site of Royal Hospital, Chelsea. Working closely with the organisers, security and contractors for operation efficiency.

On show days our team would guide taxis, Ubers and exhibitors on site and off site having as little impact on the outside traffic as possible.
