Come along and join Secret Garden Yoga for a Yoga, Meditation and Wellness day at the beautiful Downham Hall on Sunday 12th December.

I will also be there holding a Christmas wreath workshop.

Take part in a 1-hour mini workshop to create your very own Christmas wreath.
You will be provided with all the materials and tools required, including Luxury Norwegian pine, fragrant Eucalyptus and a wide range of dried fruits, natural materials and ribbons.

Nicola started Little Flo Flowers in 2014 after completing a Ba Hons in Professional Floristry. She became a leading Wedding Floral Designer and Freelance florist working with many other florists in the industry. Nicola hung up her apron and scissors in 2018 to become a Mummy and will be returning to Freelance in 2022.

Hello everybody!

Hope you’re well?
Just wanted to share with you a bit of work that I did recently.

Very sadly my Grandad passed away, only 1 month after Penny was born. So it’s been a weird couple of months, trying to get my head around being a new Mum, the happiness and stress that come with that and then also the grief and sadness felt with losing a loved one.

I really cherish getting to create beautiful pieces for your loved ones final journeys and was so pleased when my Nan asked me to create these pieces for Grandad.
