"The choice of Bryngarw House, a venue renowned for its blend of historical charm and modern amenities, provided an ideal setting for the day. It was an opportunity to support another charity with the same values as Ategi, and the team was warmly welcomed upon arrival, setting a positive tone for the day.

Bryngarw House and Bryngarw Country Park is the home of the B-Leaf and Wood-B projects. B-Leaf and Wood-B are work-based initiatives for adults with learning disabilities, offering hands-on learning opportunities in horticulture, grounds maintenance, and carpentry. The Trustees and the Senior Management Team had a guided tour of the projects and met some of the amazing people involved. The venue's facilities and hospitality contributed significantly to the productivity and success of the event."

Book with us as a venue that makes a social impact. Bryngarw House is managed by Awen Cultural Trust, a registered charity. When you book your event with us, you are contributing to the charity, whose aim is to make people’s lives better and also support our two projects for adults with learning disabilities, Wood-B and B-Leaf.

On Monday February 3rd, our Trustees and Senior Leadership Team got together at Bryngarw House in Bridgend, for a pivotal away day focused on shaping Ategi’s future.

Our doors will be open for engaged couples to see the venue styled, meet the wedding team and chat to some recommended suppliers.

You will be able to explore all areas of the venue, and envision your dream day from start to finish, from getting ready in our two exclusive dressing rooms, walking down the aisle in the Traherne Suite, to your wedding breakfast and marquee reception. Not forgetting the 113 acres of lush parkland that will be the backdrop to your photos!

No appointments are needed, all are welcome from 11am to 3pm on the day. We can't wait to meet you 🤍

Payday treat? 👀💸

When the audience become diners in the ‘Faulty Towers’ restaurant, pretty much anything can happen – because 70% of the show is improvised. The fun starts as guests wait to be seated. It then hurtles along in a 2-hour tour de force of gags and shambolic service as Basil, Sybil and Manuel serve a ‘70s-style 3-course meal together with a good dollop of mayhem.
