We are seeking a motivated and passionate Commis Chef to join our talented kitchen team and help us continue to deliver exceptional food for day to day restaurant trade, corporate functions & bespoke weddings.

We are looking for a dedicated Part-Time Commis Chef to support our kitchen team in preparing high-quality dishes, ensuring food safety, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to develop their culinary skills in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with food preparation and cooking tasks under the guidance of senior chefs.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness.
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
- Ensure kitchen equipment is kept clean and in good working condition.
- Support the team during service, ensuring timely and efficient preparation of dishes.

We are looking for candidates who are:
- Passionate about food and the culinary arts.
- Previous kitchen experience (preferred but not essential).
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of food quality.
- A team player with a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Hours:
- Part-time, 16-20 hours per week, with flexible shifts based on your availability and business needs.
