I had such a lovely time with this lovely lot today! There is plenty of room for many more mini movers to join the fun.

If you want to get fit in a fun way, I use music of all styles from different decades, using cardio and strength exercises to lose pounds and tone up!

First class is £5, then after that, if you enjoy it and want it to become a regular thing then it's only £20 for the 4 week block!

Booking is essential. Please get in touch!
