Today we received the horrible news that one of our events family in the South West has left us.
Dave was a constant for us from the start and we have worked with him at countless festivals, on tour, and in venues.
He’s been a font of knowledge and has helped JSW in too many situations to mention.
He was a vital part of what we do and the fields we will be in this year won’t feel the same.
We will miss the phone calls, the emails, the meetings, the time on site, and the brain storming sessions to overcome whatever the season threw at us.
But most of all, we will miss Dave.
The whole JSW family are sending all our love to Showbitz and Dave’s friends and family.
Rest easy Dave.
We will miss you.

Happy International Women's Day to all the Women working hard in the events industry!
This Year's theme is Inspire Inclusion, where we are all encouraged to understand and value women's contributions as well as inspiring women to be included, with a sense of belonging and empowerment.
We are lucky enough to work with some of the incredible women in the industry who are powerhouses at the top of their game. We also like to give people their chance to get started and watch them grow into professional, valuable members of our team.
The events industry is not always the most inclusive place, but we are committed to changing that and making it a safe space for all women.
The Women and Equalities Committee report on misogyny in music is sobering reading.
We have always been a champion of Women in the music and events industry and will continue to be.
We will also fight to make our industry, which we love, a more equal, safe space for all women at every level. JSW will never tolerate discriminatory behaviour or abuse at our shows.
We love having women on our crew, be that as management, site or tech.
Our core management team are 75% women and we are working towards having a more even split on-site too.
We've been shortlisted for Best Production Agency at the Access All Areas Event Production Awards! Thank you to all our crew who work tirelessly at every event, in a multitude of roles at many different types of events. Without the whole JSW family, it wouldn't be possible!
