Despatch Rally Despatch Rally, a celebration of motorcycling origin. A fresh event honouring our motorcycle heritage

The Despatch Rally is a weekend event for the whole family, consisting of themed destinations and challenges throughout Dorset and Hampshire. Rider challenges include shooting, motorcycle control and navigation skills. Points are allocated to each activity and prizes are presented at the event finale.

The Despatch Rally Sunday experience… Explore Dorset’s rural roads on your most trusted wheels for day 2 of our rally event. Our much-loved wartime-themed checkpoints and challenges return with participants sent out, armed with maps and log books to test their skills as a Despatch Rider. Military outfits will be rewarded. Complete the off-road gravel course, Tackle the tarmac motorcycle control circuit (gymkhana), Gather hidden info across Dorset following your Serviceman’s map + Complete final trails and balance challenges back at HQ (Bikes supplied). The rally is a celebration of motorcycling freedom, allowing each rider to approach the challenges differently. You will be provided with a map but remember - the journey is more important than the destination! See you on the start line...

The Despatch Rally Saturday experience… Feel free to bring along any machine for an inappropriate and laid back scramble race! Set on private land, Despatch Rally’s Saturday program invites you to let your hair down and tear up some grass. It’s the ultimate casual day of grass roots race excitement for all walks of life and any age! Bring your bike, regardless or age, model or style (we’ve seen all sorts!) We welcome it all, no one misses out! The green valleys of Dorset are calling you, so come run what you brung! See you on the start line...

The military theme isn’t mandatory when it comes to our rally, in fact we welcome all sorts of attire. However camo seems to be on the rise but which group do you fall into? Points are awarded for the most effort made! #militaryuniform #camo #camouflage #despatchrally
