A very busy one at the beautiful
Hope Farm last Saturday . Following on from the band for a full on house set as requested. But started with some wedding favs. I hardly managed to take any usable pictures due to the fact that I was having so much fun myself!!

Wedding time for these two beauties.
A good mix of tunes until the small hours up in the hayloft at the Bull Hotel.
Loads of rock requested which is always welcomed. 🎸 🥳 🥂

Friday nights offering saw me at Westhay Farm,nr Hawkchurch . Out in the sticks, but a very beautiful venue.
We had dancers for most of the evening 👍

A busy Saturday with two on the cards !
I started off with an afternoon outdoors set at the rugby pavilion ( weather was great) then off up to the bull hotel for a nice reception in the hay loft!

I do love a good wedding.
This one was particularly fantastic! A disco/karaoke at the new to me Moor Farm Barn in Chickerell. Everyone was super friendly and well up for a good sing. Congratulations

A packed crowd at st Mary's .
I'd been forced to watch a Take That concert!. Sadly my phone had died so not many pics of the actual show. But it happened to be fantastic. A long drive home tho 🫣

A big gig up at Freshwater last night. Being able to just plug in to their PA was very refreshing

Was great playing on a huge sound system !

A great 50th up at the Seaside Burton. Plenty of great hospitality from the clients that kept me well fed and watered!

I managed to fit onto their little stage area with a few minor tweaks 😅

Another pretty wedding up at the Salway area. #Looking fab

Cattistock Saturday nights Coronation bash. Lots of older style Disco requests. Great bunch of folks! Really enjoyed this one . ❤️👍😁

Got the projector out for an epic kids party on Sunday. The kids a had a blast. (so did some of the parents too)!

Ceiling protections from the latest gig. ( Kids party ) so no filming of guests 🙂

Year 11s Summer Ball Back at symondsbury

1st gig back ! 6th form ball at Symondsbury Barn. Gig log/ setting up on the previous night is always an advantage, I just really had to put some lighting up. Although there were lots of pupils at the ball, the fantastic weather kept 50% of them enjoying the outside areas. So the dance floor stayed mostly half filled all evening. The hall itself was beautifully lit with festoon lighting and wall washes , which made the venue quite bright. Good for keeping an eye on the students but not so good for showing off my lighting effects. I planned on covering the far wall with projector images, but it was just to light to do so. Overall, a really great bunch of well behaved 18 year olds. And a great disco to start off things again nicely.
