Today we’re continuing to raise awareness of mental health by highlighting Unmasked Mental Health.
They not only have a fantastic free app which you can download from your App Store but have hubs which meet every Thursday evening. These groups are for both men & women and have hubs up & down the country.
We have our local one which is tonight at 7pm. Why not come along, meet some new friends and get some things off your chest?

Unmasked free peer support hubs are available to anyone aged 16+, so take that first step and come to one of our hubs with likeminded people who are there to listen.

aim is and always will be about helping that ONE MAN who is going through a storm and needs a safe place to get stuff off their chest.

They don’t have to be suicidal, need a referral or be diagnosed to attend.

A simple share could help raise awareness and help who needs the support.
