I’m looking to collaborate with some businesses in the area for a project I’m working on, if anyone would find that mutually helpful. Specifically, I’m looking for services like a bookkeeper or accountant, a marketing expert, a handyman, and a coach—but I’m open to other opportunities too.

For £25, I will make up to three phone calls to chase outstanding invoices, updating you with responses. This direct approach often prompts clients to pay. However, if further action is needed, for an additional £35, I will issue a 7-day payment request and complete a Small Claims form.

Hi everyone, I am looking for one or possibly two people to share my office with me. It is a beautiful and peaceful office in a great location in Hove, just 10 mins walk from both Hove station and from the sea front.

There are various options of either using the office with me, or if you need space to yourself then sharing the office part time. Also, the office is usually available evenings and weekends if anyone needs a peaceful place to focus or run workshops/gatherings/ therapy sessions?

Hello everyone!
I’m Emma, a local business owner in Hove. I wanted to see if any of you know someone who has trouble getting their invoices paid on time, or struggles to respond quickly to new client enquiries.

I'm introducing two new virtual assistant services to my current offerings: debt chasing or email & phone replies. I understand the importance of cash flow and the frustration of delayed payments. Let me help improve your cash flow and save you time and stress, plus avoid losing new client enquiries.

For £25, I will make up to three phone calls to chase outstanding invoices, updating you with responses. This direct approach often prompts clients to pay. However, if further action is needed, for an additional £35, I will issue a 7-day payment request and if needed send a completed Small Claims Form, via email to your client. This helps encourage payment, usually without needing to issue proceedings.

The other service is to check in once or twice a day to respond to your emails and phone calls, preventing loss of new client enquiries. This service is £19 for up to half an hour per day, or £15 per half hour if you are booking 2 check-ins a day.

There are various options of either using the office with me, or if you need space to yourself then sharing the office part time. Also, the office is usually available evenings and weekends if anyone needs a peaceful place to focus or run workshops/gatherings/ therapy sessions?
If you are using it to run workshops/meetings/therapy sessions, then it can comfortably sit up to 6 people around a table. Plus, there is 3 hours free parking at Tesco’s which is a 5-minute walk away.
I am very friendly and rarely have any phone calls, so I will not disturb you at all if you choose the sharing it option. It is very flexible, just month on month, plus 1 month’s deposit. Just give me a shout if this appeals at all.
