Yesterday we gathered together to celebrate a unique and beloved man. He fiercely loved his family and would have given his last penny to help a friend. He was mischievous in his youth and had an innate sense of humour. He ran his own business and dearly loved his dog and companion, Burt. Saying goodbye is the hardest thing we do when we love someone so completely. Forever cherished in our hearts with memories of joy and love.

How do we all wish to be remembered? For our unconditional love, maybe our strength, perhaps for our wit and warmth. Maybe for being spirited, passionate or vibrant. There are so many things that make up a life. So many ways in which we imprint on others lives. And so many important ways we made a difference. Sharing a life story is a gift and a time to reflect, to stop and fondly remember and a space to say farewell with love.❤️

Just celebrated the life of a unique, quirky, amazingly vibrant lady who loved to dance and laugh and enjoy life. She truly did live to the full. ❤️

Preparing to celebrate the life of a lovely lady who passed at the amazing age of 97. She was born in 1928! She worked at the BBC and travelled the world. Her passion was dance especially ballroom and she loved cats. The wonderful insights into someone's world and experiences. Such a privilege.

What a privilege it was to participate in the final farewell to John. A man who loved nature and was an inspirational poet and creative artist. 🌼🎴

Officiated at a farewell ceremony for Johnny with Christopher Sarson Funeral Services today. It was so lovely to see all his friends there, most of whom were like family to him. ❤️
