Vudu Food has been serving delicious Cajun/Creole soul food with a British twist at festivals for more than five years. Since the very beginning, we were being snapped up for weddings and corporate events and we have not looked back since. We have adapted our award-winning street food menu into an extensive buffet menu, including canapes and desserts for the perfect rustic wedding banquet. We slow

-smoke our famous pulled pork and beef brisket on our large smoker, using locally-sourced fruit wood for a deliciously rich flavour. Our unique barbecue sauce finishes the job and its so well-loved by our customers that we have bottled it and now sell it separetely too! Treat your mum. Get the train to Brighton. Stop in at Vudu Food for a post-train snacky. Wonder down to the seafront. Take a ride on the pod at the i360 and have a prosecco at the top. Descend to the terrace overlooking the west pier and have an Aperol Spritz and a pizza in the sun. She deserves it.

Nice buns hun..

Slow smoked pulled pork and slow smoked beef brisket, each in a toasted brioche bun with green salad and applecider slaw, one with pickles, one with jalapeños. Classic combo. Cheeky lil snack on the way into town.

What even is jackfruit?? It's a large fruit that, if left to grow to maturity, develops a yummy sweetness and grows to have vibrant yellow flesh. If harvested when it's young and "green" the flesh is an off-white and it doesn't really taste of much. It's texture can resemble pulled meat, so this is when it's perfect for us!!

We add our Vudu Cajun spice mix, slather it in our Vudu barbecue sauce, and roast it in the oven with some hickory liquid smoke until it's golden and slightly charred.

Have it on chips, on rice, or in a toasted brioche bun.
