In case you missed it… We’re making some changes to our Box Office provision, Access and Information telephone lines.

From the 1st January 2025, we're streamlining our services to create a more consistent experience. Here’s what’s changing:

🎟️ Box Office
Our in-person Box Office will close permanently.
An Event Box Office will operate 2.5 hours before doors open on event days only, for collections and customer service.

📞 Telephone Lines
The Information Line (01273 290131) will become a recorded message service only.
The Access Line (01273 292695) will run Monday to Friday, 10am–2pm with no voicemail callback service. Booking fees will now apply to phone bookings.

💻 Online Support
Emails and website contact forms will be monitored Monday to Friday, 10am–4pm, with urgent weekend enquiries handled during events.

We’re here to help make these transitions as smooth as possible, especially for our Deaf and disabled customers. A new online booking guide will be coming soon to assist with accessible ticket purchases that can now be made online via Ticketmaster.
